This blog is an extension of our other blog- Lost Stories & Photos of Minnesota. We thought it would be nice to scan our vintage newspapers and magazines to share with others. These items have been handed down to us from our family members or purchased at estate/garage sales. Most items are from Minnesota.
We hope you enjoy these as much as we do!
Note about scanning: When possible we use our scanner, but some items are too large to fit in. With the larger items, we use CamScanner on our cell phone. It works well (thank you CamScanner). Some items may have a shadow near the top or bottom- the reason for this is we had to put something on the item to hold it down to make it as flat as possible for better reading/scanning. Most items have been stored folded up in boxes for many years.
